I’m Li Hua, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the service your website promises. There are some main reasons why I am not content with it.
Last week, I ordered a pizza in one of the shops in order to enjoy a happy time with my family. However, to my disappointment, the pizza delivery was an hour later than scheduled. What made me even more upset was that the restaurant shifted off its responsibility to (put the blame on) the delivery boy when I asked for their proper explanation. But the delivery boy said he was not the person to blame.
I know your website is a famous one, but my experience shows that your service needs improvement. Not only your web but also the restaurant should give me a reasonable explanation. I trust that you’ll take this seriously and make an effort to prevent such things from happening again.
